Blassreiter's first 4 dubbed episodes are now on Funimation. Because it's been over a year since I saw the first 4 episodes in full length, I can't exactly do a good comparison. I thought the voices suited the characters. I think the actor who gets the most kudos should be Todd Haberkorn as Joseph. Todd uses a bit deeper/lower version of his voice. I think it is perfect because mysterious and lone ranger characters in fiction often might have that creepy/lower/booming voice.
For people who are profanity sensitive, their is a lot of profanity: f--- and s--- are used. My major gripe when is I counted over 9 times mad dog spelled backwards being used. I won't deny I have swearing problem, however, that is the one swear word I try not to use except in euphemisms. |

I need to check this out. I was going to look into this one because I could barely remember anything about it after having seen just a little bit of it off a now defunct official streaming site, but as I prefer dubs I need to see if it's worth getting. I try to buy pretty much anything that Funimation is doing these days unless it's totally horrible... I need some way to show that I prefer dubs even if it's not for the greatest of shows or the most popular of them.
