Did Enoki Films shut down?

We don't have any news article about it, so I guess no public announcement has ever been made, but I found a post in another forum dated January of this year which mentioned that Enoki Films' American branch is effectively down to just one person "holding down the fort." That probably means that they are now defunct for all practical purposes.

That's likely a post I made. I was told once by someone who was the webmaster for Enoki Films USA that the company is down to only Mr. Enoki himself now, so who knows how long he'll hold out.
