What's the most annoying anime you've ever seen? Wether you just hate the voices or just the idea of the show pisses you off. Personally, the voices in the Love Hina dub annoy me more than anything.

Well, if there is one thing in anime that annoys me more than ANYTHING else, it's probably the character from Initial D. A combination of poser, dork, crybaby, and ugly makes this character completely worth strangling.
Too bad Initial D is one of my favorite series, so I have to put up with him to get all the good things out of the series. |

I love everything about Initial D. But I still don't understand if that live action ending song is supposed to actually be dramatic and touching. Thats just about the corniest thing I've ever seen. Reminds me of some of the cheap import laserdisc karaoke my father used to order.

Most annoying for me would be the dub translation for Orphen. I don't know why ADV does stuff like this, totally changing the script for whatever reason. There's a difference between matching mouth flaps and totally rewriting the script. Just about every time there's a spell cast in the series rather than have them actually say the words to the spell like the japanese version does, they have them say something corney like "Take this!" Give me a break!

Hm...well...hm. Gundam Wing kind of annoys me. I mean, I used to be obsessed with it, like...totally. But it just lacks the stuff that makes anime great, you know? The characters are all bishounen, and I can't put my finger on what exactly bothers me about it..I dunno.

It seems that I'm really lucky. I spent few moments at my DVD shelf trying to find out some annoyance, any kind at all, among the DVD titles I own. Not that I own many DVDs, but anyway, I failed.
. . . . . Oh well, Record of Lodoss War is a bit annoying because it proceeds so slowly, but just a bit. And I was so much looking forward to give some sort of harsh judgement. *sniffle* |

I really don't like ANY of the anime on the FoxBox. Uck, they should bring back Fox Kids.
Although, I am not a fan of watching dubbie cartoons on Kids! WB or FoxBox. I just wanted to check it out and see if they were any good. Ah, they are just a bunch of crap to me >.> But if I had to pick one annoying anime, it would be CCS. I personally don't like it at all. My friends all talk about and i'm like, 'give me a break!' o_o they constantly talk about CCS this.. and CCS that.. Sakura, Tomoyo.. ON AND ON AND ON!! >.<;; The torment me, I say!! |

really I cant stand sumomo in chobits at all; her very programming wants me to murder shimbo and drag him through the streets for buying such a stupid computer. Also, I cant stand happosai in Ranma. he's just such a stupid character and his antics do not add to character devlopment at all

I don't really care for the dub of Neon Genesis Evangelion. Shinji sounded far too whiny and Misato sounds like she could be my age.

This is annoying anime, not annoying dubs. Think Attack of the Super Monsters, not Honneamise.
And I can't stand shows the current crop of fanservice shows. Like that one with the pink-haired girl fighting the alien bunnies and mice. Strawberry Eggs, Chobits, Hina, that one show where all the girls wear glasses (the one with what Mike Toole calls the bukakke gun), HMM, and on, and on, and on, and on, and on, AND ON, AND ON. The sad, sad men who create those should be bound with their own black electrical tape and shot from cannons into the harsh light of adult sexuality. , with special punishment for the one who did the bloomer episode of Strawberry Eggs. Nothing like a loving closeup of a twelve-year-old's crotch as she does a spread-eagled vault. Note: The ladies of CLAMP made Chobits, and their sexuality is the wonder of this, the fourth age, to be worshipped and placated, lest it destroy us all. Hypocritically, the women's harem title "Wish", which is AMG with all the disturbingly Freudian female characters turned into androgynous sexpots, is hot stuff with me. |
