The anime which I heard roughly follows the game, is about an island, where the MC along with several others wash up, where he gets recruited as a baker along with three sisters, and they make people happy with bread. They throw in another girl who gets washed up who comes from an alternative world prompting enemies to attack the island. In short Tony Taka's art style is ungodly wasted on a really bad idea.
Then again the Shining series as anime has been terrible, with Shining Tears X Wind being near unwatchable. Although at least Tears, which I played was awesome, so only the anime was bastardized. |
