Titles have to have at least 4 ratings to have a ratings section.
Now, if it's a popular title and it's missing a rating section then it's a problem. Looks like it might not be, in this case. Hope that helps. |

That's for manga. Ratings of anime and related audio / visual titles need at least 6 to be shown and calculated. |

Ah, I see, but then if it's not shown in the title why is still shown in the best rated list?
Seems the Best Rated List should also be upped to six, no? Since your curious Magus, Rozen Maiden is #660 at 7.01, in best rated (wieghted) with 5 ratings. |

That's weighted average; I was talking about ratings with bayesian estimate. See the difference:
Go for bayesian estimate; it's statistically more meaningful. |

Oh, I know, my point was weighted average should be raised to include titles of only 6 or more and not those with 4 or 5.
It's a bit strange clicking on a title in the weighted average and not having a ratings section in that title. |
