My apologies for a rather obtuse subject heading, but I'm referring to some sort of Jpop consortium known as I've.
I really dug the OP and ED for Kannazuki no Miko, and saw that they were done by an artist named Kotoko. It turns out that she's part of I've, which also includes people like Aki, Mell, Momo and others.
My question to you all is, have you heard of these people? From what I've seen on BT, there's a ton of music that I've has put out, but they were totally under my radar. Are there any other OPs/EDs that I've members have done? Any famous spin-offs from the group?
I've or I've Sound has been out for at least 5 years now, but they've mostly been under the radar since a majority of their songs were made for adult PC games. I think they really started to become more well known in anime when KOTOKO did the OP for Onegai Teacher. KOTOKO is, by far, the most famous singer for I've Sound, and she even has a CD released in the U.S. via Geneon. There's a ton of music from I've, most of it by KOTOKO.

ANN's critic choices are based on loose criteria for "worst;" below are series our writers found wholly disappointing despite initial first impr...
There's no pretending this harem anime is particularly good, but it's rewarding to see it recover from a disastrous start and rise up to something decent.― There are anime that blend heart-warming wholesomeness with something more lewd. One case is Your Name, a chastely yearning love story with jokes about boob-groping, and arguably non-consensual boob-groping at that. Then there are shows like Dan ...

Jean-Karlo looks at the history of the Mega Man U.S. cartoon, the NIKKE mascot that has escaped gacha containment, and a new visual novel from Success!― Welcome back, everyone! Taking a week off from writing This Week in Game feels weird; I'm almost always working on it, so it's odd to sit back and see something on Bluesky and think, "Oh, I gotta remember to cover that... next week. At any rate, a f...
More kinetic than Legend of the Galactic Heroes (but sharing its naval theme) and less frenetic than Macross, Yamato strikes a good middle ground for exciting animated space warfare.― Much like that other pillar of classic anime space sci-fi, Macross, the Space Battleship Yamato franchise experienced a frustrating journey to Western TV screens. The original 1974 series came to the US as Star Blazers...
