A personal record. I think the most I've seen early up until now is almost 3 weeks, but... this is like a whole month prior to release date. Received confirmation it shipped yesterday.

2 or 3 weeks is my best for stuff getting shipped early. I just got an e-mail this morning saying that the Love Hina box set was shipped and it's about 3 weeks early.

My Clannad 1st half set is on the way as well. I was surprised they shipped it so soon. |

Actually if anyone could post here when they get theirs since I want to get it when it is released.
Rightstuf still says it is on preorder status... Also I noticed only one person mentioned where they ordered from. I was thinking of ordering from rob's anime since their shipping is fast... |

Of course they are shipping these as early as they can. The quicker they can send them to the customers, the sooner ADV(ahem, Sentai) can see a return. And ADV needs money bad, so it is no wonder they are shipping right off the press.
For the record I have been buying some of ADV thinpak re-issues of series I had never gotten, and I was getting them way early. For example, I think I got shipped the Slayers OVA/movie box almost 45 days ahead of release! |

I received mys today, it's subs with Japanese voices. The subs ones are fine but does anyone know if they are going to release a dub version of the show?

Probably won't unless they see stellar returns on this. You could make the argument they might have seen more returns if they had included the dub initially, but it's a longer show and ADV has less money. |
