The first 7 Black Jack OVAs are available as reasonably priced singles, but I can only find the last 3 in the second collection (which is VERY OOP). Is there another way to get 7-10?

If you are willing to pay $40-45, there are several places where you can pick up the last 3 OVAs. Just do a google search, you have many options. Unfortunately, it is going to be hard to get these OVAs for much cheaper since they are out of print.
