well haters are already here and I am surprised by this.. well just a bit. This series was very low key when it did air last year, I don't even remember much about it.

Wait, I thought Nozomi had rights to Emma for the US? Did I miss something?

Did anyone ever do any legal streaming for this, or were the single set of fansubs the only way to have seen it?

Hah, I got the same exact reaction when I saw the headline before opening the link to the full story. Yes, Nozomi does still have Emma, but what NIS just got was Enma (as in the name of the King of Hell), or Ghastly Prince Enma Burning Up.

There is a set of fansubs out there for it that's how I caught the first 4 episodes for the show, this was one of the few where fan-sub groups actually had to come up with a script instead of copy-pasting rips.

This is fabulous and I love NIS.... but why have there been so many announcements that come with release dates, but they haven't said a peep about Natsume since it was announced they got it in December?

Every time they announce something new I wonder about this. I suppose it could be because they're waiting to be all set on all the seasons and 4 just ended earlier this year so that could take some time... Still I almost don't want to hear anything else from them until they have something to say about Natsume

I am waiting for Natsume too. I think the press release said it will be released in 2012, so maybe it will be their October announcement *crosses fingers*
Although I suppose the Enma fans were waiting a long time for their release too since it was announced last July apparently.

It doesn't have great ratings on ANN, so I think that I will probably pass on this one unless I see something that makes me more interested in this.
I'm still looking forward to NIS's release of AnoHana.

I'm sure they have their reasons, but some titles come out a lot quicker than others after NISA announces they will release them. For example, House of Five Leaves came out less than four months after it was announced, but it will be over a year for Enma.

I'll wait for the cheaper sets. Ain't paying a premium for a book and a plushy cucumber.

Engimatic: T.H.E.M. seemed to like it. And with a few exceptions, they're generally mixed to hostile on Go Nagai.
