What are you trying to contact them for? Is a physical product like DVD/BD or manga? If it's a physical product, you would have to contact the retailer where you purchased it from.

retailer could not get me replacement cover art on bleach volume 14 dvd so i emailed viz wether it was possible to get a replacement or not and to me even if you cant help a reply would be nice instead of being ignored ya know what i mean . I dont want to get into specifics and they wount be given so please dont bad mouth me i already had a bad week since my job interview didn't pan out.

In the past, I've emailed them twice with questions about certain things....
Never got a reply. I hope they eventually get back to you. Edit: Did you try their Facebook page? |

The real question is does it even exist?
If this mythical thing does exist and you have managed to find what I gave up searching for on their website long ago, they're probably just severely overloaded with all the hate mail they must receive from being such a terrible backasswards company. Give it some time...like a decade or two.

This is the email adress viz lists on their site [email protected] to be honest i think its a dead adress by this point. It would be funny if someone from viz actualy looked at this thread then maby crap would get done not just for me but the others of ignored people.

I'm still wondering what you did to the cover that's so bad that it needs replacement.
Maybe they are trying to tell you to just go buy another copy of it.

I'm not trying to be presumptuous, however you yourself said "I don't want to give specifics." thus I kind of have to make some assumptions. Unless the cover was damaged when you bought the product, Viz and/or the place you bought it from are under no obligation to replace it free of charge. If you just spilled coffee on it or something, well, tough luck. That is just wear and tear.

It won't be that great but, You could find the cover online and print out a copy....
