What, so you could buy the manga in a REAL, PHYSICAL store in Vatican City?

Actually, the publishers for the reprints are Tokuma Shoten, not Kodansha.
Kodansha reprinted Return to the Sea around the same time.

I hope when they say Canada, they're not just porting over the French versions for Quebec.
