I want to buy complete romantic comedy titles that don't have anime. So do you know any that you recommend? Rolling Eyes
Like Hot Gimmick, Absolute Boyfriend, Pearl Pink, Ultra Maniac & Pixie Pop. I'm thinking of buying Tenshi no janai & fall in love like a comic.

I really like Tenshi Ja Nai (the one Go!Comi publishes here--there's an Ai Yazawa manga called "Tenshi Nanka Ja Nai", I believe, but it's not available in English), but it can be really...perverted sometimes.

Fall In Love Like a Comic is OK, but not a favorite of mine.

I assume you want ones available in book format in the US. Based on what you've read, I'd suggest:
Anything written by Arina Tanemura (Full Moon is the one I'd suggest, but there is an anime for it)
B.O.D.Y.
Crossroad
Goong
Hana-Kimi
Mars (Fuyumi Soryo)
Doubt!! (Kaneyoshi Izumi)
Tokyo Boys and Girls

You should be able to get plot summaries for all of those off any manga site. I put others beside the ones that could be confused with other series easily. Razz Hope that helps! I read a ton of manga, so I can always suggest more or elaborate on a series if you want me to. (:

I'm going to second the recommendation for Tenshi Ja Nai. I really enjoyed the work. I'd also second the recommendation for Crossroad.

I've also read Fall in Love Like a Comic and it is - well bluntly blah. The plot is overdone and you don't really care about the characters. There's better shojo out there.

Other titles that I liked: Imadoki!, Punch, Y Square, Dramacon, Can't Lose You, and Love or Money. Also I would include Gatch Gacha even though the release of the final vol has been delayed and After School Nightmare even though the final vol is not released yet.

Rockinonit, Ai Yazawa's manga is available in English.

I bought some manga from my visit to England though I usually buy them online.

I read the first couple of volumes of Full Moon and I didn't like them. I'm interested in getting Gentlemen's Alliance+ by Arina Tanemura, B.O.D.Y & Hana-kimi. Mars is a masterpiece*MUST READ*! Although, Tokyo Boys & Girls is unfortunatly n unexpectedly bad from Miki Aihara which is one of my fav. manga creators.

I will definatly check out the rest on ANN n if I need any help, I'll sure ask you =)

Thanks a lot!

Stuckinfrenso, I liked Imadoki!*RECOMMENDED*, too. I'm a big fan of Yuu Watase, its creator. I didn't like Gatcha Gatcha! I'll also check your recommendations.

Thank you Anime smile

Try:

Kaichou wa Maid-sama, it's about
Seika High School, once an all-boys school notorious for its wild students and for generally being a terrifying place for girls, has recently become a [[co-ed]] school. With the female population still a minority and living in fear of the over-the-top antics of the males, Misaki Ayuzawa takes it into her own hands to reform the school and allow the girls to feel safe in the rough environment.

Training, studying, and even becoming the first female student council president of the school, Misaki has gained a reputation among the male students body as an uptight, boy-hating dictator and as a shining hope for the teachers and fellow female students. However, despite her tough-as-nails appearance, she secretly works part-time at a [[maid café]] in order to support her family. Unfortunately, her hard-earned reputation is threatened when the popular, attractive, and somewhat impassive Takumi Usui takes an interest in her after discovering her in a maid uniform after school.

Special A
Hikari Hanazono has always been second to Kei Takishima. When they were six years old, their pro-wrestling loving fathers introduced them to each other. Assuming that she was the best in wrestling, young Hikari challenged Kei to a wrestling match only to be thoroughly defeated by him. Ever since that fateful incident, Hikari swore to beat Kei in school grades, sporting events or any competition. To do this, she has enrolled in the same school as Kei since elementary. Now she attends Hakusenkan, an ultra elite school, that costs her carpenter father a lot of money. Hikari and Kei are the top two students in the school, with Kei holding firmly to that number one position. While Hikari considers Kei to be a rival and important friend, she is completely unaware that Kei is in love with her. The story primarily focuses on Hikari and her constant attempts to defeat her one and only rival, Kei, and how she finds love in their rivalry.

Koukou Debut (Highschool Debut)
Haruna Nagashima gave her all to softball in middle school, now that she has made her high school debut, she has decided to give her all for a new goal: getting a boyfriend and falling in love. However, she has one small problem—since she never paid any attention to fashion or trends in middle school, she has no idea how to go about attracting her yet-to-be-found love. But a chance encounter with the popular Yoh Komiyama provides her with the opportunity she needs. If he coaches her in how to become attractive, surely she can find herself a boyfriend.
He agrees to coach Haruna after her great persistence but on one condition: she mustn't fall in love with him.

Hana Kimi
Mizuki Ashiya, a Japanese girl living in the United States, watches a program on TV featuring a high jumper named Izumi Sano. She was amazed by his performance and begins following his athletic career. Years later, she does research on him and discovers that he is currently attending Osaka High School. The school is unfortunately an all-boys school and Mizuki convinces her parents to send her to Japan by herself.

Oblivious to the fact that their daughter is going to attend a boys school, her parents let her go. To enter the school, she cuts off her long hair, disguises herself as a male, and tries her best to give hope to Sano after hearing that he no longer does the high jump anymore. As she settles in, an accident reveals her identity to Hokuto Umeda, the school doctor, and Izumi Sano. Izumi hides his knowledge of Mizuki's gender and tries to help her keep her secret, though it sure is not easy as many situations land Mizuki in compromising positions that will reveal her true gender.
