I didn't realize that wall was painted until the little brother touched it, and I immediately lost it. The funniest thing I've seen this show do and that's saying something.

Anyone else think an episode was skipped? What happened to 'the master moves' at the end of episode 10 tsk.

at least the plothole on how is "master's cafe even profitable at all with how empty it is" was answered, it's not, but master is loaded so the cafe is more of a hobbie; the imported seeds were a good hint for how loaded he is.

Quote: | Even though all signs pointed to the home visit arc being continued this week, episode 11 is comprised of two unrelated stories that imply the girls returned to the human world off-screen. Fortunately, both of this week's featured segments are consistently amusing, but it's unclear why the show elected to abandon the aforementioned storyline, especially when it seemed like at least one more episode's worth of content could be mined from it. |
Well, as disappointing as it sounds, the source material also never made a story of how Gab and Raphi help Satania sneak into Heaven, either. If anything, there's an insert page within the book chapter where they do meet her while still in Heaven, and full stop, that's all there is to it. So, I kinda already anticipated this.

That's what I thought at first, but, as someone in the Crunchyroll comments pointed out, the dog likely wouldn't even be with them that day if not for Gab's rare good deed.
Anyway, it's been a very fun series with a great cast and comedy supported by strong visuals. Hopefully Doga Kobo won't be hit too hard by their staffing issues and will be able to continue making shows as enjoyable as this one.

I absolutely hate when an anime television show ends at episode 12.

Really, the mistake is in expecting Gabriel to put effort into anything and for that effort to pay off. Of course the resolution had to be completely by chance.

I love this cast and even though Satania was my favorite, I'm going to miss seeing them every week.

But that's the thing, on the grand scale of things it's not - the dog was with them that day because Gab helped make sure that it could stay with Satania. Of course, that wasn't the only reason why it was there - Satania's own bit of heroism can't be discounted, nor can the dumb luck factor of Master just happening to be her landlord. Within the episode's storyline the rescue by the dog is a fluke, but within Gab's overall "character arc" it's payoff for one of her rare moments of character growth (even if that's not necessarily how Ukami and/or the anime's creators intended to frame it).

Didn't a dog see and bark at Zel from close range when she was walking at the beginning?
I don't think she gave indication of her level of later fear.

I actually think Gabriel was surprisingly being truthful about strongly wanting to stay because of her friends, even if she also really likes games, and the joke was on the fact that her friends don't believe it at all. I was thinking it was along those lines beforehand, but when Zelel cried from belief I thought it even more as through the episode Zelel seemed to be quite insightful into her sister's tricks. Despite the general joke, I do think it should be noted that Gabriel is not actually indifferent to her compatriots, and she kind of just earned a terrible reputation. The other irony being that her sister was entirely held at bay by Gabriel's rare good deed.

That dog was on a leash though. Besides, I've also seen comments by people claiming to be afraid of dogs who said that that's how they normally act in such situations: make sure the dog is restrained, try to look friendly, stay stuck in one place until the owner leads the dog away.
