As sad it is to see one of my favorite seiyuu of all time step down, choosing Kimura as Yao's successor is an unexpected but extremely good choice. I loved watching him in the new Takeshi's Castle reboot and he definitely has the right energy and feeling to his demeanor to pull off Franky.
