Cardcaptor Sakura is another.
The main girl + girl relationships in CS are below (spolier-tagged if you haven't yet seen the uncut Japanese version and want to be surprised):
Tomoyo's mom and Sakura's mom were in love, forbidden love being that they were cousins. Along the same lines, Tomoyo loves Sakura (and note that they are second cousins, first removed btw).

It's not because of the relation of first cousin made their love forbidden (first cousins, sharing one pair of grandparents, are legal to get married in Japan); it's because of lesbianism.

From watching the series, I think Noir is also considered a Shoujo-Ai Anime and also a good one too.

There is definately a Shojo-ai undercurrent in Noir
You can add Najica Blitz Tactics to the list as well.
PS, Cardcaptor Sakura is one of my favourite anime and manga.
While a lot of the Shojo-ai references have been removed from the anime, the Manga is more explicit in some of the references.

I guess there's some slight shoujo-ai in KIDDY GRADE.
Or am I reading too much into this?

There's a bit of Lesbianism in El Hazard (at least the series' with Alielle) with the relationship between Princess Fatora and Alielle, her 15 year-old female concubine
