Technically, sure, but we all know in these kinds of settings it's the US who runs things so Canada isn't really doing anything.

Really enjoyed this series. Hoping for s2 after this!

if the movie is going to be based off of volume 8 Reminiscence there are a few things that thay need to do
1. go more in-depth of what his mother did to him then the LN
2. show more of the training that he went through then the LN talked about
3. explain more about the The Thirteen Apostles and show that Tatsuya is realy not that strong in magic (he realy only has 2 magic's that people think are OP but all other magics are weak)
4. explain how he feels about his sister in detail and why(this goes along with #1)

they also really need to do volume 5 Summer Holiday because it explains how Azusa became the Student council president and how Honoka feels about tatsuya
