^The fears about Other Ocean being involved came from this article which has since been updated to mention Digital Eclipse and that they're a different company so it shouldn't be anything like Ultra Street Fighter IVs botched port.

They should Dash wasn't very successful and only Inafune really wanted it. Hence why they dropped it like a poorly plotted and poorly written manga from a manga backlog after he left the company while the game was still in development.

Considering how people actually justified Capcom's decision to make 9 & 10 8 bit despite the two games that preceded them were 16 and 32 bit respectfully, I'd almost say they were.

Considering the fanbase has been divided on the quality and enjoyability of the games since 3 that kind of is asking too much.

There was also Mega Man & Bass which was 16-bit & released after 8 in Japan and then later released everywhere on the Game Boy Advance.

I'd had mention that but Capcom kept the game out of the states and Europe up until 2003 Confused
