Is it just me or does it look like that costume has a mask? If so it would mean ten to one it's a guy cosplaying as his DS girlfriend.

Meanwhile, one of the linked blogs in the article made me laugh out loud in horror with this image of when Toy Story goes wrong with Revoltech:
