The answer to the question is: BECAUSE THE TITLES ARE GIBBERISH IN JAPANESE TO BEGIN WITH.

Yosuga no Sora = "Sky of Connection" WTF?

For some reason, Japanese aim to be poetically oblique in their titles. By western standards, the results are just plain shit-ass titles.

I thought "Bleach" referred to Ichigo's hair? It's still a weird title but that's something that makes sort of sense.
