Nope, sorry, though it was a good guess.
With the time limit expired, I'll reveal that this was Yamaguchi Kumiko (A, voiced by Hayamizu Risa in the anime and played by Nakama Yukie in the live-action series) and Fujiyama Shizuko (B, voiced by Matsumoto Rica in the anime and played by the stunningly beautiful Itou Misaki in the live-action series) in Gokusen, from the episode where the class travels to Okinawa. During the night, the students break curfew and sneak out, but one of them gets into trouble, leading Sawada Shin (the third person present) to enter the two female teachers' room at night and wake Yamaguchi, in order to get her to help. She reacts violently to being woken by a man in her room at night, and pins him to the bed -- at which point Fujiyama wakes up and totally misinterprets the situation. The scene continues with her offering to step outside for a while, and asking Shin "how long he needs". Hilarious!
With no correct answers, the game passes to the next person to offer a quotation.

From the sub:
A: I shall start studying now that I feel better. I have XXX-san’s notes with me as well.
B: We have mosaicked the notes so that you can experience how A-san views them.
C: These are “Notes by XXX that even idiots can understand”.
A: You don’t understand, C-san. The sea known as stupidity is bottomless.

I actually recognized it from the manga .
A: Kanako
B: Narrator
C: Yuzuru
Maria+Holic. Kanako has failed some tests and needs supplementary classes. This is her attempt at studying.

My guess:
Char. A is Eda, Char. B is Shenhua from Black Lagoon, Second Barrage. I think this is from when Eda and Lagoon Co. are trying to get the counterfeiter out of Roanapur, and bounty hunters attack the building, wanting for the bounty.

At first, I thought the bad grammar was a typo...
Next up is from the subs:
A: Oh, it's [character].
B: What's he doing?
C: Beats me.
A: It seems like he's looking for something.
C: Maybe he lost his wallet?
B: Or maybe a pet?
D: Oh! He's probably lookin' for the entrance.
A,B&C: What entrance?

I must confess, it's a huge hassle to double check the whole thing, so please let me know if you've spotted a mistake.

When someone comes in to confirm an answer can they also leave a mini-game? I think there'd be a lot less dead time between confirmation and the next quote if the person confirming the answer put up a mini-game as well. Of course they don't have to, but it'd be nice.

Well, there are no rules against it, and I'm quite sure I've seen it happening before. Besides we rarely see minigames up, so I don't see why not.

Tied for second - my best performance yet in one of these scoring breakdowns. Now if only I could do even close to that well in the picture game. . . (But I've always had a problem associating names with faces IRL, so my vastly different success rates in the two games shouldn't be surprising, I suppose.)
murph76, I've got my targets set on you for next time!

I feel like I'm being targeted. Like there's a bullseye on my forehead. I'm stunned to place first.
