Well. It seems that Amazon rumor turned out to be true.

I would've preferred Yen Press over Tokyopop, but if it means bringing more Hetalia to the States, then I am ALL for it. Very Happy

Has anybody been able to pick up a copy yet? Very Happy I'm really wondering what the paper and translation quality are like...

I wanted Yen Press, too, but at least it's here. On Funimation's streams, they're calling England the United Kingdom/UK, so it gives me hope that the manga will have it, too. I want the flags to match up, and it's officially his name in Japan, so...

It's being released in September^^ Hopefully the paper quality will be nice, though I fear for the translation and editing.

Does anyone know if Tokyopop is still hurting? They're still around and releasing series, but there are many on hiatus and they strike me as not doing very well, even if they're improving.

Ooh, wonderful. Tokyopop. Watch as everything gets steamrolled under an unyielding carpet of impenetrable untranslated Japanese - "to preserve the cultural impact of the original," of course.
