Hopefully the release includes all the Remix's additions. I don't see a chance in me rebuying Trigun a 3rd time, but it is good news for newer fans who didn't have a chance to pick it up.

Finally someone is smart enough to pick Trigun up. Talk about taking for ever. Lets hope that we'll be seeing a box set soon, and that they price is cheaper than Geneon did.

Not interested in a DNR'ed Blu-Ray and don't care to own Trigun. If I wanted it, I had my chance to pick up a competent release for $40 back when RightStuf had the Geneon Remix bundle.

NISA served you good, Funi.

Awesome! I was hoping they would, though I gotta wonder what TOOK so long, sheesh. Razz

Here's hoping they can snag the movie too, and get the old dub cast back together for it. I can't hear anyone but JYB as Vash.

I'm gonna get heat for this but I don't know why they wasted their money Trigun was just not that great a show. It was very well acted but the show it self was just meh. But that's just my opinion and I acknowledge alot of people did like is so here's hoping it makes FUNi some money.

Even if you don't like it you have to acknowledge that there is a movie coming out soon that will need to be licensed.

Trigun is a well known and liked series. (at least as far as America goes.)

HOORAY! ...I mean, okay, I already have the series but...hooray! Other people can buy it again now! It's a great show. Very Happy (Although I will admit this is definitely the one series I call great that I get the most scorn for. Most of the time it's "Yeah you're right, that's a great series, more people should check it out," but with Trigun? "Ah, that overrated, generic, bleh space western thing? It's okay." Laughing So watch before ya buy if you can, but I think it's a terrific show, one of the best. Very Happy )

I did, but am nevertheless compelled to buy it (not awful, but definitely not great imo). I just wish I had picked up that full-sized Geneon box I saw at a Suncoast a few years ago...

About damn time! I've been expecting this to get announced since Funi started distributing Geneons stuff. I wonder why it took so long?

Hopefully Funimation will snag the Trigun movie too.
