Wait, what happened to showing the volume sold?
Good to see Taishou Yakyuu Musume at #5 though.

Hopefully bodes well for a 3rd Spice and Wolf season.
I've seen some people say season 2 was not selling well, but it always seems to chart high in these sales rankings. Not sure how some people have this impression.

It's all in the numbers, not the relative ranking. As it is, Season 2 volumes are selling only half as well as the original (which isn't exactly uncommon for sequels, although you'd think such a popular franchise would do better).
The other thing to consider is that the hot release weeks fall at the end of each month to coincide with pay day. Spice and Wolf is released on light weeks, so the ranking is deceptive. Depending on the week, sometimes sales of the #1 anime DVD amount to a paltry 2000 units.

Unfortunately, it's still a commercial flop. For that series, volume sales generally amount to less than 1500 copies.
TYM was very popular during its run, but it seems that few viewers are interested in collecting the DVDs/BDs.

Wow, Shin Kiohime Muso's at number 4? That's impressive considering that the show's little beyond eye candy...
Not that I'm hating on it but I recognize it for what it is. I still enjoy the show nonetheless.

I wonder what made Bakemonogatari come back so high(relatively), from 54, 61 and 85 to 14, 15 and 16 respectively. Next volume soon?

Next volume is in a week or so, so yes, that's probably it.
