Question Does anyone know where I can find How to draw anime/manga books for cheap prices?

www.amazon.com is probably your best bet. For the most part, I think art books stay about the same price no matter where you shop for them.

And I assume you're talking about the "How to draw manga" line of drawing books. The other "drawing anime" line of books aren't very good, so I wouldn't recommend them.
