The manga has been running in Bessatsu Hana to Yume since 2006, and over 250 million copies of the seven compiled volumes have been published in Japan.

That's needs to be edited since that's just not possible. Razz As for the premise itself, it does sound pretty interesting, I 'll keep an eye out for it this August.

This sounds like it has the potential to be a ton of fun, considering how much a lot of people here at ANN seem to dig the manga. I only really recognize a few cast members, those being Kimura Ryo (Hana-Kimi's Nakao, the boy who really likes his sempai Wink) and Yanagihara Kanako (whom I think I've seen on SMAPxSMAP a number of times). But still, judging by the love for the manga I'll have to make a point to check this out later this summer. Is this enough incentive to lure some anime fans over to the drama side, then?

Wow.. I'm curious how this unfolds. I like Otomen. It's probably my third favorite Hana to Yume manga series. The first still being Shiawase Kissa Sanchoume. Second would be Skip Beat!. Fourth would be a tie between Gakuen Alice and Hoshi wa Utau (Twinkle Stars).

See a live action guy sewing and baking.... Doing girly stuff.. *starts imagining*

This might be a good way to check this series out. I enjoyed the preview in Shojo Beat (Sad) and had planned to get volume one at some point.

Plus it's been awhile since I watched any jdramas. I should get back into them.
