So I can only assume it's going to be a collection of animated shorts, ala what was done with Batman and The Matrix?
If not, then it'd just be a complete mess if they're letting each animation studio use their own style.
Still, can't say I'm too fussed about the game. Dead Space was a pretty good Resi imitation, but I can't see this topping God of War...

wow, EA games has been hot on anime. First it was Dead Space: Downfall (a almost anime). Now Dante's Inferno.

What's next:

Square Enix (since they took over Eido Interactive) doing a Tomb Raider anime anthology. if SE do a tomb Raider anime, expect one to have animation of FF7: Advent Children. Also expect one of them to be full of Ecchi. Expect one done by Madhouse, and GONZO.

Sony team up with Del-Rey Manga or Tokyopop to make a Resistance and Killzone OEL manga. The Resistance OEL manga would take place in Asia like Japan and China (All the Resistance game take place in Europe and USA, we don't know what happen in Asia hence the OEL manga). For the Killzone OEL manga (it should make up for the scrapped comic book), it should be done in the style of Kerberos Panzer cop.

Maybe Microsoft wants to do a Halo (and possibly a Gears of War) anime.

if Capcom takes over Midway and the license for Mortal Kombat and make a Mortal Kombat vs Street Fighter. Expect a anime prequel for the game.

Grand Theft Auto 5 taking place in Japan so Rockstar wants a anime prequel for GTA5 (cue anime haters saying they will side with Jack Thompson and other video game haters)

Looks like other company may try to pull off the "let's turn our game into anime"

cue anime haters on youtube telling people to boycott the game and bashing EA game for supporting the anime industry in 3...2...1

This was announced awhile ago, nice to know who some of the short directors are. Since it's a Starz/Film Roman release, it'll likely be packaged and marketed by Manga Entertainment like Deadspace and the Hellboy animated movies were.
