But wouldn't Heavy Metal (due to Eastman's involvement) or Mirage be the ones to license distribution of the TMNT OVA? |

Marvel allow toei to give Spider-man a giant robot since giant robos was being very popular in the 70's it to mention that it started Super Sentai. |
