Uhhh... okay? This is kind of odd, a good idea, but still... odd...
Is she naked in the picture or what!?

Judging from the expression on the face of that strange-looking potato guy leering at her from the bottom of the image, I would say, yes. Also, the lack of clothing.
This seems pretty interesting to me. Likely to be fairly straight-forward, I suppose, but the gags might be good and it'll be interesting to see the results of a handful of students getting the chance to direct.
Experimental?

This could either be really really good or really really bad. It could go either way. Still...props to the animation studios for trying out something original in anime in this day and age.

What's the point of hiring a fashion designer when all the pictures of Charady are naked anyways?!
And I can't wait for the controversies when a Japanese "joke from around the world" is considered racist/sexist/blasphemous/etc by the "world."

You know, I was thinking the same thing. Especially after all the Korea vs Hetalia thing.
Still it's original either way.

I believe not. America and China conceal a breast each.

Very clever and creative! We will just have to wait to see how well it's executed.

This looks like something that would be interesting although I can't imagine the episode lasting any more then a few minutes if they are going to air this 365 days straight. Seams fitting that the first air date is April Fools Day

Well, Canada's covering the Beaver, but I don't know what slang Australians have for the behind, and I'm afraid to name one that might come off as too offensive. (Although Didgeridoo is the first thing that came to mind, but that's just too wrong.)
