Daisuke Suwa, Bitter Virgin
For an unlicensed manga, I wonder why so many people have read it and given it quite good ratings.

Heh, it took me 10 minutes to realize who he was. At first I could recognize the art style, even down to the detail that he had a "volatile" elder sister, yet just couldn't remember which series. After realizing it was Kei Kusunoki's style everything was solved.
Just in case scanlators didn't include behind-the-scene messages from the author: the part with Daisuke's sister delivering a baby DOT was Kusunoki's personal experience. The trauma was kept in strict secrecy and even her managing editor didn't know (she lived in another city and telecommunicate her artworks).
I'm still in the business hour (just back from lunch) so please wait a few hours before I can post a new picture. Anyone wants to start a mini-game?

Now, before you dropping your jaws and/or ROFL, remember that I want his name in the manga.

I've got this nagging feeling that this is too obvious to be the right answer, but...
John Omaha from Air Gear?

Yup. Now his title has been changed to "president elect" and gets more and more involved in the story.

Yay! I've never actually read much Air Gear, but I just remembered this cameo being linked around last year.
It's going to take me awhile, so feel free to start a mini-game.

Here we go:
Remember the nickname to score extra prestige!
