Does anyone know where I can legally see the Japanese episodes of Naruto with sub-titles. I don't like the American dubbing as much. Thanks.

Don't forget the uncut DVD collections that Viz has been putting out, which include the English dub (minus the edits seen on Cartoon Network) and the Japanese audio + subtitles.
