While I'm glad that FUNi finally decided to release the rest of the singles, it still doesn't affect my position. Since I wasn't really actively collecting NHK and Pumpkin Scissors anyway, I'm still going to buy the sets and see if I can sell/trade/donate the three singles that I have (NHK Vols. #1 & #2 and Pumpkin Scissors Vol. #1). Though I am happy for those that are/were collecting the singles.

*breathes sigh of relief*
This is great news, as I've been buying the singles of both Red Garden and Welcome to the NHK. It didn't make a lick of sense why they'd release singles of the Geneon titles and not the ADV titles, so I was pissed to hear that I'd have to spend extra money just to get the remainder of those two series. I can rest easy now, since that will no longer be the case. |

I guess all the complainers from the previous news story can quit their complaining now.
I expect Funimation to be taking a major financial blow with this move, so this is clearly to please the fans of anime. I hope people appreciate this move by Funimation and ACTUALLY GO OUT AND BUY THESE! |

I applaud Funimation for this obviously fan-inspired decision. It's very refreshing to see a company actually take an interest in not screwing over their customers.
Well done. |

Well Honeslty I kinda thought that they give a chance to for the box sets for Red Garden series, It would been great, If they have the done 4-6 then I'll buy the single DVD 1-3 on, but that wont happen for me, just wait for the BOX Sets till then.

Considering it's probably the whiners responsible for this turn, I don't think any apology is necessary. Had there been no complaint, I doubt FUNi would have done this at all. |

Glad to know it's not that much trouble for FUNi to release a few little single discs alongside the box sets. But I'll still buy the box for Pumpkin Scissors and trade in the singles I've already got.

Do you mean Kanon Vol. 6? If so, it's due out Oct. 14. I ordered through RightStuf and got my copy a few days ago. Here's a link: http://www.rightstuf.com/cgi-bin/catalogmgr/E=gIJVtprvd4eD6pcT/browse/item/80854/4/0/0 I wasn't collecting any of mentioned series, but it's nice that FUNi is making it right for those who were. |
