L change the WorLd (#8161) is actually a sequel of Death Note: The Last Name (#6911) rather than a prequel of Death Note (#6383).
L change the World takes place immediately after Death Note: The Last Name. L has written his own name in the Death Note in the conclusion to The Last Name and now how has 28 days left to live. L change the WorLd is about how L spends his remaining days left on earth, burning the Death Note books and trying to stop a terrible virus from being unleashed. |
