I've seen that the Mirmo Zipang series list of dub actors is unique in the fact it uses voice actors from Texas, California, Vancouver, and New York (4 main locations of voice acting). Yet this series has never been released on DVD or shown on TV. Why would they have a cast for years when it's never been released? Is it due to the consequences of illegal downloading/fansubs/scanlations?

I assume that it was shown on TV in the Phillipines, given that "Cartoon Network Philippines" is listed as the English broadcast company. It is also possible that the cast is made up.
