E: I was wrong, seems like it's out on Prime Video at 11 PM EDT.

E2: So, it's on Prime international first, before it's on Prime in Japan.

FujiTV is at 23:30 JST, if it's streaming on Prime ~30 minutes later. That would then be 24:00 JST which is then 11 AM EDT, 8AM PDT and15:00 UTC.

It already has been confirmed that it has a Neutral Spanish dub made in Argentina in Prime Video.
