Dragonite also did postal work in the first movie, I wonder what has caused it of all pokemon to have this connection to the mail for so long

Ngl, I am super looking forward to this! Sadly, I don't remember seeing Dragonite doing postal work on the first movie, as EmeraldAngelo mentioned, but bruh. I can definitely imagine this like every episode is a one-shot story!

You just unearthed a core childhood memory! Honestly I just kind of assumed that was how the Pokémon postal system worked.  (I think it was in the Pikachu short preceding the movie?)

I don't know if this is what the Pokemon Company thought, but I thought it was because they are naturally seafaring/globetrotting and big enough to carry a lot compared to other pokemon. |
