Dragon Ball Super i'm not surprised since we're just getting Daima and clearly the staff are gonna need some time to think about how they are gonna progress without Toriyama.

I AM surprised at no One Piece, though. With how popular it has become you'd think they'd make more content as soon as possible. But i guess there's both the Live Action Series AND the Wit Studio Anime Remake so maybe Toei didn't want to compete with them.

To be fair they already completed the Story with Cosmos. There's literally nothing else they could do except maybe re-adapt the first few arcs as movies in the Style of Eternals and Cosmos, which might be seen as too repetitive. Another option would be go Full-On Dragon Ball Super and have Naoko Takeuchi make a Sequel Series for Toei to put on the screen, which i doubt she would be willing to do. So basically a new Sailor Moon Movie was never in the cards.
