Glad I have this game on steam then. I have been avoiding the marrying my child-ending like the plague but I don't like just removing it. And how dare they remove the Cube ending!? I love Cube he'll be a wonderful husband to my daughter!

Either they think he's too young looking or Cube still helps raise her so its still considered "grooming". It's not like the player is actually the girls father either so there's no difference between the player and Cube.

You can know who the audience for this is for while still reconciling the elephant in the room of essentially grooming a character that starts off underage for marriage. |
Not to mention PM has been targeting a broader, more general audience since the early 2000s what with the anime being a straight-up kids show and PM5 having a female protagonist option.
Even in PM2 the father marriage ending is considered a bad ending and the gods seriously chew you out for it.

How about also offering an unaltered version simultaneously with the censored one? Should not be that hard to comprehend doing that.

For console?
Yeah that’s not happening.

Its been quiet for a while regarding Sony's targeted Asian censorship happened then once Stellar Blade was found out to be censored on day 1 after the "not censored worldwide" tweet, Tsukihime happened a few days after, and now this. All in just over a month. Any naysayers regarding Stellar Blade can look at the Tsukihime announcement stating "Due to differing platform publishing policies", which has been a key statement since 2018 when PQube and XSEED created the template regarding PlayStation and how the other platform(s) is unaffected. Shift Up doesn't have to admit it. There's evidence available because they didn't clean it up, which is why it looks sloppy.

Still trying to make fetch happen with Stellar Blade I see. The developer themselves called your nonsense stupid and having nothing to do with censorship and double nothing to do with Sony. But keep listening to youtube shoutmen and washed up twitter bigots for the true video game news I guess.

Last I heard they restored the censored costumes in a recent update for Stellar Blade as new recolors due to fan demand so that's at least some good news on that front. Still waiting for a PC port myself. As mentioned by this article buying PlayStation versions of anime games these days is just an unwise choice though so you should always go for Switch or PC if available. If nothing else mods can fix censorship on PC.
