I've been a big fan of Nobuhiro Yamashita since Linda, Linda, Linda and seen 17 of his films and 3 of his TV-series. I've also been a fan of Kuno Yoko, ever since her wonderful music video for Cuushe's Airy Me in 2013, through all her distinct appearances as animator in various anime and including the manga she released in 2017.
The more experimental animation process, where they first recorded everything with actors on location and then animated the film using the footage as reference, had me a bit worried but this trailer looks really gorgeous! Can't wait to see this film! |
