Krysten Ritter, Cristo Fernández, Alyla Browne and Jorma Taccone have also been confirmed as part of the cast.

The producers did say they'd try to get the Sonic 3 script good enough for Jim Carrey to want to come back.
I hope this means what I think it means. |

Glad to hear it! It wouldn't be the same without him. Particularly given his family is important to Shadow's backstory.
Also did I hear Live and Learn in there!? Krysten is probably voicing either Amy or Rouge. |

I'm here for it. The Sonic movies have all been remarkably enjoyable. Carrey's Eggman is perfect for the ridiculous villain of the series.

Great to see him return. Not sure I'd bother watching without him

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't. Getting to see Carrey turned up to 11 instantly brings back all of those old movies like The Mask and Liar Liar, and I cant really think of any other actor that would make a better Eggman. If they do it right, this could be fun to watch, so I may even suck it up and go see this one in a theatre if it sounds like the writing is on point. |
