Thank god the animación looks seviceable, now lets just hope they keep the stuff censored by seven seas.
Also, the manga gave me the impressions that she reincarnated as a child/baby, while in the anime it looks like she regains her memories when she is already in magical school?

All is in line with light novel. The manga may deviate here.
Also, hiring female VA for Yu. I see what they make here.

Yoko Hikasa really is the perfect pick for Yu.

Seven Seas re-added the stuff they had cut to begin with, but it was just internal monologuing that wouldn't translate to anime very well so it might not make it for that reason.

I don't know how you got that impression from the manga, I think you need to re-read the first few pages. The way it's being shown in the anime is basically 1:1 with how it is in the manga, which is accurate to the source novel as well.

I love that they gave the love interests famous VAs, like an actual Otome Game would do.

It's funny seeing the nominal male love interests when this is a Yuri series. Especially with their to top tier VA's.

Yep. This makes me believe that they'll fully adapt the first 2 novels, which also cover the first arc and are a complete story in and of itself.

I believe so too. Though, a bunch of people complaining 2 volumes per season is to much and they should stop with one.
