Usually they would annouce they will cancel it rather than just a suspension.
I guess they will wait till they see what the courts verdict will be or something

The expected result. Thing is luck very well might not be on Suzuki's side since he admitted to be starving, especially with foreign items.

And even if it wasn't suspended, it's doesn't exactly sound like he's busy submitting new pages to the publisher.

No she's not at all, but given the creator was outspoken against that kind of material and yet imported these "photo books" is IRONIC.

Kinda got similar feeling when the author of Rurouni Kenshin got caught doing this crap. But unlike then I don't even care for this manga.
