Yup, I thoght ACGT is dead since they made like 3 series in last 7 years (and the latest ones were in 2017). Good to see they are still alive as they made some good anime in past.

No, ACGT does many outsourcing work, mostly for J.C Staff.
J.C also outsourced whole Accelerator show to them.

AniDB does not have most of their subcontractor work, so it is hard to judge. Still, they were more active as a main studio before 2010-2014.

You can't trust AniDB for everything, especially when this very site is an encyclopedia in its own right.
Still, A.C.G.T. anime intrigues me thanks to the wide variety it's had with its few shows - really, can you believe that Initial D: Fourth Stage and Freezing were made by the same company? - and to have a new series after years of doing J.C. Staff's homework for them, with a director normally associated with TNK at the helm (and a plot that doesn't obviously scream "fanservice" out of every pore) proves that they continue to intrigue years later.

To be fair, ANN does not have a lot of credits to.

The entire encyclopedia needs an overhaul IMO, but it'd be virtually impossible to keep up with. It's definitely been serviceable to me for going on 20 years

I guess the chances that the Magi anime could continue are gone now that they are fousing on the authors new series instead.
