I'm a bit confused here.
The article states that the season will have 24 episodes and won't take any breaks and that it will adapt the manga's entire story. On the other hand it states that there will be 2 series. So that means 2 seasons, but why does it seem like at first they were saying the first series will adapt the entire manga's series? |

The Manga isn't that long, roughly the same length as Death Note. So I could see the whole thing adapted in 24 eps. Maybe with a few things cut down.

Don't worry. Frist season=12 episodes directed by one director airs from oct-dec Second season=12 episodes directed by another director, airs from Jan-march Basically, these two seasons have no break in them, so the will be continuous -uninterrrupted airing |

14 Vol adapted into 24 eps = a cool 116.67 pages for every 20-minute chunk. Couple that with a no-name studio and you really got a stew going. Lol.
This mangs shits the bed early on so there is nothing to "ruin" and it has one of the worst endings I ever read. I gave up on the manga at what ended up being its 1/3rd mark but had to return to the very finish to see what all the internet anger was about. Can´t wait for all of that again but louder in about 9 months. PS: This one has the worst female characters and romance by Ohba yet! |

How did this manage to get animated, and two cours no less? Did Ohba and Obata threaten to quit the magazine if it didn't?
Last time I checked, this manga wasn't selling even a tenth of what they sold in their first volume. I was under the impression that the Japanese readers didn't like it. |
