OH HELL YES. I'll be buying just for the cover.
I hope this gets some people to start reading Scott Pilgrim. It WILL improve your life!

I got my issue a couple days ago (yay for subscriptions!)- he also as a lil' 4-panel comic toward the back of the magazine.
I've never read his stuff before, but I guess this means I should keep an eye out for it, huh?

Scott Pilgrim is in a series of graphic novels (4 so far, out of 6 planned IIRC) with lots of drama, kickass action, and a generally awesome sensibility all around. He also did a graphic novel called "Lost At Sea" which is much slower and more introspective, which I also really like.

I've never heard of Scott Pilgrim, but it sounds interesting. I'll probably check it out because of Shojo Beat too.

I have never heard of Scott Pilgrim before either but I'm rather curious. I'll be sure to pick up a copy of the new issue, I'm fairly certain that it's out already. I can't wait to read it!

Wow, that cover looks awesome! I think I'll have to hunt a copy of that just for the cover art!

I love reading O'Malley's work. I'd be interested in picking up the issue even though I'm not much of a fan of the Shoujo Beat magazine.

That O'Malley cover is amazing...I'll definitely be picking this up, and I haven't bought an issue of Shojo Beat in probably a year now.

What's great is that people won't even take that seriously as a spoiler until they actually see it.

Well Shojo Beat good job. You got me to buy a cover for the first time in...years? (I want to say 2 but has it been out that long?)
