I suppose this long a turnaround means we definitely won't be seeing another Ys VIII situation... right, NISA?

Really looking forward to it. Loved the hell out of 8. Do wish XSeed wasn't able to get their hands on it,since they do a much better job than NIS,when it comes to localizations.

They've more than proven themselves with the re-translation of Ys8, and with Cold Steel 3 and seemingly 4 as well. They just need to maintain that level of quality now.
