localization is already changing Aerith's personally by not making her aggressive enough. In Japanese she forces the flower on Cloud, she doesn't nicely say "this is for you" lol, completely different INTENT.

I refuse to trust SE´s core teams or Nomura after over a decade of floundering around but this is clearly in-engine footage. It´s frankly not that impressive if i consider how the upgraded RE2, God of War or Forza Horizon 4 look or even how Arkham Knight looks on base hardware. Like seriously, how did Batman look that good in early 2015? I wonder if the Pro/X target 60s fps. Something KH3 failed at.
The team may need to rethink what they are doing if this is supposed to simultaneously launch on next gen hardware without looking dated -i can name PS3 games with better faces- but they need to deliver a full game first. One that feels modern to play and KH3 certainly failed in that regard. Why were we settled with Nomura... The wait goes on but hope dies last. @Shar Aznabull Oh yeah, at least some of the voices sounded new. |

They're purposely avoiding showing Tifa despite all the comments on their videos and Tweets asking about her. I think it's safe to assume Sony's censorship policies got to her and they know fans are going to be upset when she gets revealed. |

Lol Clarie's outfit in the RE2 remake is slightly more revealing than her original outfit was. So with this in mind why would Square-Enix changeTifa's outfit to be less revealing. Especially as her original outfit showed off nothing risque, plus your argument makes zero sense if they avoided showing her to avoid any "supposed" outrage from thirsty types what logic would there be in doing so considering they're going to have to show what Tifa looks like in the remake anyway? |

Eh, as a gamer who got into Final Fantasy way late, I think taking a more modern approach is a smarter idea--the turn-based version already exists for people who want to play the game that way. I am, however, skeptical about Barret; his localized characterization always felt very tongue-in-cheek, and I'd like to see a more sincere, less parodic version of his character this time around. |

I was hyped too when FF15 got a gameplay trailer. This time, I'll keep my hype lowered until we get the gameplay videos and reviews. Just saying, over-hype and massive expectations can be a double-edged sword, at least for me. It definitely affected how I enjoy FF15.
