Akane better damn well be in this, no Akane, no buys.

She was the reason I was even able to survive Season 2. Laughing

I'm excited, even after the disaster that was S2. I hope there is no Akane, her character grew stale with time.

I absolutely loved Pscho Pass season 1 but man season 2 was terrible.

Hope this new season is a lot better than season 2

People complain so much about the disastrous second season, but have I been the one who replaced it with the movie in my head? I really enjoyed the movie and I hope the quality remains.

No mention of writers yet. As long as Tow Ubukata isn't on this (series composition/scripts on S2) I'll be glad to see how it turns out.

I hope we get some dates for those movies over here soon.

To be fair, I did not take Akane seriously when it came out the first illustration of it, but then I was surprised at the development of the story.

This protagonist looks interesting curious to see how his personality is. I personally didn't think Akane was a good stand alone protagonist without Kogami it wasn't working for me had to force myself through season 2.

Guys, I wouldn't be worried about it being as bad as season 2, since Production I.G. will be handling this. For those who don't know, season 2 was animated by Tatsunoko Production, so things should be fine now that the original staff are working on it.

Doesn't mean that Ubukata won't be coming back.

If Urobuchi has any new projects during that time and Makoto Fukami is working on some other shit, then there's still a likelihood that the studio might go back to hiring Ubukata. Not that I particularly enjoy the writing of the former two though; but at least whatever they write has far better consistency and character development than any bullcrap Ubukata churns out.

(And NO, I didn't enjoy Mardock Scramble at all)
