Oh he played Hiramaru. Well. He had difficulties with women. Still Hiramaru was a nice guy, nothing like this actor.

To understand this report you need to understand what the "deli-health" industry is in Japan.

I think ANN should have really given som explanation or the euphemisms ("medical services") and the statement about the contract would make no sense.

samuelp is correct. Prostitution is illegal in Japan, but many companies and services provide it through loopholes in the wording of the law. Some companies will only provide limited services, such as oral sex and frottage. Some will provide everything, but never admit it. It sounds like this was a company who only provided the limited services, and Arai-san got drunk and pushed for more.

Yeah, it sounds like the guy thought he was ordering a *wink wink* not a prostitution service and instead ordered from not a prostitution service.

Pretty unfortunate for everyone, but you are responsible for what you do under the influence of alcohol. If he was too drunk to realize the girl was not a prostitute, that is still on him, and he should be punished for it.

Innocent until proven guilty guys. And props to samuelp for bringing up the "Delivery Service".

The J-Cops will always gladly arrest actors and hang them out to dry to show the public that they're not a waste of tax payers dollars.

Granted Tsuyoshi Kusanagi was just drunk and running around naked; but if it was any other member of the public, the J-Cops would have just gotten him dressed and sent him home.
