If this is true, that guy is a frickin scum, and I hope there's enough evidence to punish this person. He already got a family and all, but still acted like a rotten being. No use for good treatment where there's hidden layer of motive and the idol industry is practically filled with this sorts of nonsense. I'm hoping that with this #metoo movement, more people that'd actually gotten involved with similar conduct could be brave enough to come forward and make report of not-so-nice-people that wronged them like of such in the article. This is a good time to shed some light to an industry that's filled with wrongdoings.

Hmm, well if the guy acknowledges the second part of the claim, that would definitely be sexual harassment already here. The camera part, which doesn't seem out of character considering what the guy already acknowledged he did, seems like it should result in a criminal charge, but I'm guessing she has no evidence to support the claim so is likely a no go.

How is the second one harassment? The first one is amusingly benign, and the third one, if true, would be sexual harassment/voyeurism, but the second just seems like regret. I knew plenty of girls in college who would either sell sex or nudes for money. The consent is there, and money is exchanged. Regretting the work after the fact should not be grounds for retroactive claims of harassment or rape. That's why he admitted to it, because he just offered to pay her for some 'services' and a deal was made. Worst case scenario he should get busted for propositioning depending on how the prostitution laws work.

You can't just proposition a woman you work with to give you a full body massage. Go try that . If she reports it to HR, you're going to get terminated because that is way over the line and your employer will want to cover their asses. I think you might want to read up on what constitutes sexual harassment in the work place because soliciting a girl who works under you for a full body massage isn't even remotely a borderline case. Most companies take this very seriously now.
What you suggested is absolutely not an equivalent. Him soliciting a random girl for a massage is not the same as a girl's boss soliciting them for a massage.

The idol industry for adult men has several issues but I am baffled that the director of an idol group would admit to that second allegation. To prevent her from getting a part time job and than offering her money for full body massages might not be illegal in Japan but it is very creepy and makes it easy to believe the third allegation. An issue with the entertainment industry has always been the tendency to cover up scandals instead of trying to stop them so it will be interesting to see how this trial goes.

Voyeurism laws apply even to private property which is why it has become a court case.
