I haven't really heard many of those songs.

Orga was my favorite character in IBO glad to see him in the top 3. As for the Songs half of them weren't even that good. Gundam Seed Destiny had some of the best music but none of them made it?

I find it interesting Gundam Wing made it into the top ten best Gundam shows when it seems like the conventional fandom wisdom is American fangirls were the only ones who ever liked Gundam Wing and nobody in Japan ever liked Gundam Wing.

Gundam Seed? #3? It seems that some people in Japan still have abysmal taste in Gundam, it should be 2nd to last with Gundam Seed Destiny being dead last. The rest is pretty good to quite standard of the fanbase. No G-Reco is also good, because that anime is up there with Gundam Seed Destiny. I can see why many people have Zeta as a favorite mobile suit, if you played any of the games on PS2 and beyond that have it, the Zeta always handles like a dream and is easy to use.

Only real suprise here is Orga. Guess viewers really like him for being the big brother leader to everyone in Tekkadan and were really affectedspoiler[ by his death.]

I'm just disappointed that none of Gundam X's excellent opening themes by Romantic Mode even made it to the top 20.

It's a popularity contest, the number of people who've seen the off shoot OVA and voted is probably around 1/10 the people who watched IBO and voted, if even that. |

Overall a solid list, but the lack of Ash Like Snow and Chiaki Ishikawa is very disappointing

I'm not sure what's more hilarious? The fact that ANN omitted the fact that G-Reco ranked 27th in the poll thus continue its ongoing stigma against the series or the fact that the IBO fandom is utterly oblivious to Orga's and the series placement having more to do with it being subject to a self decrating meme of his death than the actual popularity/quality of the series itself.
